Management Trainee Officer - MTO

Eligibillty Criteria:

- Qualification: MBA, M.Com., Masters in Banking and/or Finance from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputed foreign universities.
- CGPA/Division: Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or at least 80% marks (where GPA system is not available).
- Age: Maximum 27 years as on September 30, 2012.

Only those postgraduates are eligible to apply who have completed the mentioned degree programs and have in hand, their final transcript in original.

The candidates shall go through a comprehensive selection process, which includes initial shortlisting strictly based on the eligibility criteria, written test and interviews. Selected candidates shall go through a formal and structured training process comprising of both classroom and on the job practical training before they are placed in their respective new roles on successful completion of their training.
